The CECI Training System is an integrating and overcoming concept of theory and practice provided onsite. This means that those who are trained receive theoretical and practical knowledge in the same place that they perform their activities. Training plans are developed with management approval using the formal documentation of the organization such as the "Business Plan" and the "Operations Manual" which form the basis of success, as well as good organization charts and clear job descriptions.

It is a formative-informative training system where personal and professional growth are the main goals. Results of the training are measured quickly since being onsite with those attending the training provides real-time observation to determine where to focus attention to achieve greater success.

The training addresses various items conducted by trained professionals for each item including the motivational aspects of the group. The curriculum is developed from neuroscience, leadership, empathy, and synergy combined with the specific technical knowledge of the activities they develop.
