It is key that people agree to change, adapt to new business scenarios, see things with a new perspective, and recognize their mistakes. Then the CECI team defines a clear strategy to improve these situations as they arise. Coaching is a personal projection tool. There are various ways to achieve success, but always synergy, confidence, and interest in achieving change are the key to this process.

There is not a single method or technology, since the experience and personality of the coach is key to ensuring the best interaction with students. We know from CECI’s 25 years of experience, that we ourselves adapted to the changes, to the impact that the members of new generations entering the labor market originate (for example the Millennials), and how to adapt to the impact of the convergence of technology in our lives. We know that many problems arise simply by lack of suitable decisions at the time.

that we use to complete the cycle of this very practical
and innovative system we have developed:

  • Optimize communication and motivation at all levels of the company.
  • Study the existing documentation (manuals, plans, guides, job descriptions, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews with the members of the groups to be trained.
  • Detect existing problems both at the group and personal levels.
  • Explain the scope of what you are trying to achieve with clear and simple examples.
  • Detail the tools that are part of the process, based on the results to be achieved.
  • Schedule the activities where the actual work is being done and accompany the implementation.
  • Provide feedback on what is happening and measure the effects of the training.
  • Evaluate if the participants developed greater confidence in their self-determinationfor success.
  • Ensure that the results achieved are integrated into their daily schedules and job descriptions.
  • Prepare a detailed report with recommendations and / or suggestions. Include "Success Stories".
  • Make a final and formal presentation of the process developed.
  • Document feedback from the participants to present what impacted them from the training.
  • Ensure that continuous training is part of the company's development plan.
